A nonprofit client engaged us to prototype an evolved version of their benefit eligibility interface. The objective of this was to wireframe an app experience that drove up application uptake and made all pertinent information readily available and easily digestible, while leveraging a new visual brand. An additional premium was placed on accessibility to different education levels, physical abilities, and levels of access to technology. The final product was made in XD and underwent several rounds of A/B testing with users before passing on to the client's developers.
